Integration guide for ADMS biometric machines — connect the device to the internet, point it at the Organised Gym cloud server, and sync members automatically.
Server address to enter on the machine
adms.organisedgym.comType this exactly in Cloud Server → Server Address. Do not add https:// or extra spaces.
Make sure you have a working internet router (WiFi router) at your gym and a LAN cable (ethernet cable). You will need access to a computer or smartphone connected to the same WiFi network. These steps apply to ADMS biometric machines such as eSSL, ZKTeco, and similar fingerprint or face devices. Menu labels can vary slightly by brand and model.
Physical connection
Take a LAN cable (also called an ethernet cable) and connect one end to the ethernet port on the back of your biometric machine and the other end to any available LAN port on your WiFi router.
No WiFi needed on the machine — the LAN cable gives the device a direct, stable internet connection.
Required before configuring the device
The Gateway IP is your router's address on the local network. The biometric machine needs this to know where to send internet traffic. Every router has a different gateway IP, so you must look it up from a device already connected to your WiFi.
netstat -nr | grep defaultOpen Terminal, paste the command, and look for the first IPv4 line (e.g. 192.168.x.x). That is your gateway. Ignore lines with "fe80::" — those are IPv6.
ipconfigOpen Command Prompt, paste the command, and look for "Default Gateway" under your network adapter.
Go to Settings → WiFi → tap your network name → tap (i) or Details. Look for "Router" or "Gateway" — that IP is your gateway address.
Tip: Common gateway IPs are 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.29.1 — yours may be different. Always look it up.
Menu → Comm → Ethernet
On the device: Menu → Comm → Ethernet (or the equivalent network menu on your model). Use the keypad to navigate. Enter the values exactly as shown in the table below.
| Field | Value to enter | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| IP Address | 192.168.X.201 | Replace X with your network's number (e.g. if gateway is 192.168.29.1, use 192.168.29.201). This is the device's fixed address on your local network. |
| Subnet Mask | 255.255.255.0 | Standard — do not change. |
| Gateway | Your Gateway IP | Enter the gateway IP you found in Step 2 (e.g. 192.168.29.1). Must match your router exactly. |
| DNS | 8.8.8.8 | Google's DNS — allows the device to find adms.organisedgym.com. |
| TCP COMM Port | 4370 | Leave as default — do not change. |
| DHCP | OFF | Must be OFF so the IP stays fixed. |
How to set the IP Address correctly: Look at your Gateway IP. If your gateway is 192.168.29.1, your device IP should be 192.168.29.201 — same first three numbers, just change the last number to 201. If your gateway is 192.168.1.1, use 192.168.1.201.
Save the settings by pressing OK or the confirm button on the device before going to the next step.
Menu → Comm → Cloud Server
On the device: Menu → Comm → Cloud Server. This tells the device which server to send data to. Enter the values exactly as shown below.

Required to apply settings
Go to Menu → System → Reboot, or simply power the device off and back on. Wait 30–60 seconds for it to fully start up and connect.
After restart, the device will automatically connect to Organised Gym's server in the background.
Confirm the device is online
Test connectivity in your browser. Open this URL and replace YOUR-SERIAL-NUMBER with your device serial number:
https://api.organisedgym.com/iclock/getrequest?SN=YOUR-SERIAL-NUMBERYour device serial number is printed on a label on the back of the machine, or found at Menu → System Info → Serial Number.
You should see this response:
OK
Keep DHCP turned OFF on the device. If DHCP is ON, the device may get a different IP address after every restart, which can cause connectivity issues.
The fingerprint device uses your router's internet connection. If the router's internet goes down, the device will continue to allow or deny access using the last synced data until internet is restored.
The Server Address must always remain adms.organisedgym.com. Changing it will disconnect the device from Organised Gym and stop member sync.
If you change your internet router, you may need to redo Step 2 and 3. The gateway IP is specific to each router.
Once connected, Organised Gym automatically syncs member data and membership validity to the device. Active members can enter, expired members are denied access — all managed from your Organised Gym dashboard.
